We lost Scarlett just three months shy of 17 years old. She was a once-in-a-lifetime dog. It was a thrill to watch her work, a joy to have her in our lives.

We have her two daughters, Stella and Ruby, and her grandkids to remind us of how special Scarlett was.

At almost 16 years old (Dec. 2010 photo) Scarlett, likes to "fluff" her bed until it is just right!

Scarlett completed her Master Hunter in October, 1999

In August, 2000, Scarlett earned her first point in the breed ring.

Scarlett finished her CD (Companion Dog obedience title) in two weekends in February, 2001 and March, 2001

Scarlett is a perfect balance of beauty, proper structure, soundness and working ability. She is a joy to train and run and is a wonderful, affectionate house dog.

Her daughters, Critter Creeks Simply Stella, CD, SH and Intl CH Critter Creek's Scarlett Gem, JH have many of her same qualities. They are talented, handsome and sound. We look forward to what the next generation will bring.
